Our beach towels are available in two different sizes: beach towel (32" x 64") and beach sheet (37" x 74").
Don't let the fancy name confuse you... a beach sheet is just a large beach towel.

This painting is the second in a series of paintings I have done about cats being "Greeters at the Front Door." In this case, the cat is named, "Dude" and belongs to our neighbor. He was resting on the mat by their front door but also was paying attention to my friend and I as we visited on the front porch together. I loved the composition of the elements in this painting and didn't change a thing from my original photograph.The cool afternoon light cast a blue hue on the
deck, can and cat, adding to the relaxing feel of the painting.
The original, award-winning painting has been custom framed in a rustic wood frame size 20.5 x18 with a white mat included in the purchase price of $349.00
After 32 years of teaching elementary school, I decided to retire. Just prior to my retirement, I took a few watercolor classes at Shasta College to see if all the "desire" to paint that had been waiting patiently for its turn in my busy life could materialize into something that would represent my best efforts to replicate the beauty I see in the world. I wanted to share it in such a way that people would want to "take the closer look" and further appreciate the world and creation around us.
