Our luxuriously soft beach towels are made from brushed microfiber with a 100% cotton back for extra absorption. The top of the towel has the image printed on it, and the back is white cotton. Our beach towels are available in two different sizes: beach towel (32" x 64") and beach sheet (37" x 74").
Don't let the fancy name confuse you... a beach sheet is just a large beach towel.

My husband and I got a call one day that some friends we knew were moving from their home to an apartment because the wife was ill could not tend for her large garden any longer. While we were helping them in this endeavor, she offered me some of her beloved irises, and of course, I readily accepted them. The first spring came after planting them, and as they bloomed it was a beautiful sight to behold. Evidently a bee and a beetle thought they were pretty wonderful too, and on this particular blossom, both were evident on the petals as I photographed it. It brought me joy to do a painting of the gift I had been given and the evidence that with a little nurturing, it was giving yet still.
The original award-winning painting has been beautifully custom framed and matted and is included in the price of $600.
After 32 years of teaching elementary school, I decided to retire. Just prior to my retirement, I took a few watercolor classes at Shasta College to see if all the "desire" to paint that had been waiting patiently for its turn in my busy life could materialize into something that would represent my best efforts to replicate the beauty I see in the world. I wanted to share it in such a way that people would want to "take the closer look" and further appreciate the world and creation around us. In the first two years, I produced 20 paintings and framed them all with the encouragement of my husband (who doubles as my easily available art critic).
